How we conduct our business...
We start with a single goal in mind, and we still have that goal today – to help small business grow. In order to achieve this, we have evolved a four-point guide to explain what we are all about:
- 1. Practical Solutions
- Business is done in the real world, not in a book. Whatever we offer to you or anyone else, has to work in the real business world.
- 2. No Jargon
- There is a tendency towards ‘Geek Speak’, which just leaves everyone confused about what’s being said (including the people saying it, we suspect). Advice is no use unless you understand it – so we don’t use jargon you (or we) don’t understand.
- 3. Be Useful
- So many services talk big, and deliver little. It use to be said in business, undersell and over deliver, what has happened to that attitude? If we offer you a service or advice then it has to be useful to you and your business. This means one thing to us – it has to make you money.
- 4. You really are number 1
- Customer service gets a lot of lip service, but little in the way of action. It isn’t about doing what you should be doing anyway, customer service is about going that extra mile that makes all the difference to your customers. We will always look for that extra mile.
- 5. Support that makes a difference
- All our clients have a Client Manager, they are responsible for any project we help you with. That is their job pure and simple. It means:
- You can have contact with them by phone 8am-9pm
- You have one point of contact – whatever you need.
- They understand your business.
- They have one focus - to help you make more money
- They will look out for new opportunities for you
